Submit a Repair Request

If you lose electricity in your rental home, start by checking if the outage is widespread or limited to your property. Contact your utility provider to report the outage and inquire about estimated restoration times.

If the issue is isolated to your home, check the circuit breaker or fuse box for tripped breakers or blown fuses and reset or replace them if necessary.

If you lose hot water in your rental home, locate the water heater and checking the settings. If the heater is gas powered, make sure that the pilot light is still lit. You also need to verify that the water heater isn't in vacation mode; if you make any changes to the temperature settings, wait 15 to 20 minutes before testing the water temperature again.

If your heating or A/C isn't working properly, use your central thermostat to troubleshoot the issue. Verify that all of the settings look correct; you can also cycle the system off and back on again to restore the system defaults.

In the event of a true emergency, call 911 for help from first responders.

You may encounter other repair issues in your rental. These include:

Leaky Faucets: Tighten connections or replace worn-out washers.

Broken Light Fixtures: Replace bulbs and check connections. Contact us if wiring or fixtures need repair.

Running Toilet: Adjust or replace the flapper valve or fill valve inside the tank. If needed, contact the landlord for professional repair.

Appliance Malfunctions: Refer to the user manual for troubleshooting. Contact us for repairs or replacements if necessary.

Lock and Key Issues: Lubricate locks, replace keys, or us for assistance.

Mold or Mildew: Clean affected areas with a solution of water and detergent. Improve ventilation and report persistent issues so we can troubleshoot.
