As the founder and leader of Managemax, I bring extensive experience from navigating Michigan's housing depression to managing foreclosure real estate sales operations for national lenders and government clients. With a background in condominium and manufactured housing management, I've advised community boards and optimized on-property office operations. I specialized in turning around poorly performing communities through strategic insights.
Driven by a passion for elevating industry standards, I founded Managemax with a vision for innovation and genuine client care. Our approach is rooted in cutting-edge technology, transparent communication, flexible scalability, and proactive problem-solving. My MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and CFA Charter designation provide a foundation for our business model, one that prioritizes analytical rigor and superior outcomes.
